There are many such annoying ailments that affect mobile phones and most of them can easily be treated with minor surgery. Why buy a new phone when the one you have is probably just in need of a visit to our first aid department?

If you are committed to a contract/plan and the phone damage is not covered by warrantee what are you going to do? Pay out your current contract/plan, and any penalties, then enter a fresh one to get a new phone? Buy a replacement new phone at the normal recommended retail price and continue with the original contract/plan? Is it worth it?

At Fone Fix we can repair most models of all the major brands of mobile phones. We specialise in liquid and physical damage which is not covered by your manufactures' warrantee in most cases.

Fone Fix repairs almost any type of equipment so if you are experiencing a technical problem with a mobile phone irrespective of make and model bring it to us to see if we can resolve the issue.

If the equipment is still under warranty you should contact the manufacturer direct by clicking on the graphics above. If in doubt, refer to the owner's manual for assistance but a mobile phone transceiver and accessories normally carry a manufacturers' warranty of twelve months. Depending on the manufacturer, batteries carry a 3 to 12 month warranty period. Please refer to the owner’s manual for confirmation.

The period of time it takes to complete standard mobile phone repairs is usually less than two hours but more complex repairs may take between 24-48 hours or longer, depending on parts availability.

If your phone cannot be repaired quickly and is going to take longer to repair then loan phones are available. Ensure you stay connected and in touch until your mobile phone is returned to you by using a loan phone from us (subject to availability). Fone Fix will notify you by your preferred method of contact when the repaired phone is ready for collection.
