Located in the beautiful Tweed Valley in Northern New South Wales, we raise our beef cattle with care to produce premium natural meat which is delivered straight to your door...

Our product is 6 to 8 month old, supremely tender and lean mother-reared heavy veal produced on our farms and professionally butchered by a local Tweed butcher and sold in quarter packages.

In every quarter package you receive all steak cuts, roasts, corned silver side, diced steak, small packs of thick sausages & small packs of quality mince. Bags of bones maybe requested at no extra charge. Cuts are pre-packaged, labeled and sealed in boxes and delivered to your door in a refrigerated trailer. (more)
