We offer hand made smoked products, cured and smoked organically with specifically sourced products from local suppliers. We like it local, fresh, authentic and made with passion. Our smoked salmon is our star product and is a whole experience in itself, far from the mass produced supermarket one. We deliver around Victoria and for free around Melbourne.
