In 2009 Yechiel Dov Unfanger saw a niche in the Melbourne Kosher restaurant and catering market that he was determined to fill. He started by selling food in Melbourne Kosher Butcher and then found himself meeting requests to cater for small functions. Over time, demand for his services increased, leading to Dov building on his dream to provide a quality caterer and restaurant to the Jewish and general community.

In May 2011 Mini Bite's state of the art commercial kitchen and restaurant were completed and Dov opened his new venture to the public. Mini Bites offers meat, milk and health conscious catering. Our team of chefs are able to supply meals accommodating all special dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, celiac and diabetic.

Mini Bites head chef Assaf Gutman brings his years of international experience and his unique creativity to his cooking. Our team of chefs are all highly motivated and dedicated to consistently seek perfection in their cooking.

Mini Bites mission is to serve the community meals that are practical, elegant, and affordable.
