DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE OUT OF DATE, DO NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YO...UR MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BE WARNED! I purchased over $1000 worth of kunos oil in white from Eco At Home which had to be sanded off my floors because the companies applying it found it very patchy, sticky and uneven. Stupidly I blamed the company applying the oil instead of the store supplying it. I bought more oil after having the floor professionally sanded two times with a special parquetry orbital finishing sander so that it was perfectly even. On the third attempt of using the oil it still looked very patchy especially by the third coat, which highlights all of the flaws and looks nothing like the sample photos shown online or in store. Timber actually becomes much darker than it is originally, it turns a deep brown colour from a pale blonde colour and definitely does not go white like photos which actually show stark white timber floor boards. The product also remains sticky for it's entire life time even when it is burnished, buffed or polished into the timber immediately after application. Also any grain in the floor picks up the white pigment which looks very uneven, also any natural oil or sap in the timber rises to the surface and looks really weird. I checked one of the cans and sure enough it was out of date and not only this the store is marking up the prices significantly, i should have bought it from the manufacturer or not at all because any generic liming white solution is much more effective in achieving the result falsely advertised in kunos oil sample photos and is one fifth of the cost. Under australian consumer laws I have the right to a return as it hasn't produced results it was advertised to and it was out of date, in spite of this the store still did not accept a return or even contemplate the idea of a return of one sealed can that i had purchased just days before. Their excuse? they didn't know whether i had left the can in the sun or not. What a poor excuse to provide to a customer who's just lost $6000 getting their floor repaired and recoated and sanded multiple times. Not only this but they lure you in while purchasing by saying "lets open a store account, that way if there's any problems we can track your purchases." This is a very tricky and sneaky way of saying they accept returns but really they don't at all. They are greedy, money hungry people posing as eco warriors. Be warned!!

A must shop on the Northern Beaches. Great display with a good mix of furniture, home decor/furnishi...ng items, beautiful fresh flowers, a nice cafe and food stuffs. Service can be a bit hit and miss. I've been there enough and spent enought there to know who the manager is. She alone could have cost them alot of lost sales as she is not particularly nice. Never had anything but nice service from all the other staff.

Siekaup is the best place to shop for quality, modern furniture. I got mine at Siekaup, and I am sat...isfied with it. The build and design is meant for long time use. Material being used is of high quality; they don’t fade away so easily. The furniture I bought before still looks great even after it’s long been used. I never regret spending every my dollar on Siekaup furniture, it’s money spent wisely!
