Buyers be warned....be 100% certain of what you want. After speaking to the extremely arrogant an...d smug salesperson Nick and clearly stating what we were looking for, where it was going to be installed, potentialy installation cost etc we decided to purchase some 3 ceiling fans because they were 'on special'. We should have known at this stage that we wouldn't be getting any further service when Nick wheeled the boxes to the car and just dumped them and walked off. So after taking the fans home that afternoon we had the electrician that they recommend come out the very next morning. And you can probably guess......They can't be installed! So we call the store to return them (less than 24hours later) and got a very rude and short NO again from Nick. We got told we could get a store credit (which we would never use), we could purchase additional control panels for a further $300 (which is almost as much as we paid for the fans) or we can return them and pay some made up 'restocking fee' of 20% to put the 3 boxes back onto the pile of boxes already on the floor. They said that I had 'changed my mind' which I don't believe we did. The product thier expert salesperson sold us was not suitable for the property and they were not interested in giving a refund. All I can say is be very very sure of what you want cause there is zero customer service provided post purchase. They are legally within thier rights but I am not sure how they will continue to run the business in such a competitive world. We will never go their again and will tell as many people as we can about our experience.

They are very knowledgeable about their products, have a large range of fixtures and fittings and ha...ndles on display so you can see what they really look like. I received excellent and prompt service for a recent breakage replacement. They make time to properly assist their customers to recommend and find the right thing, even if you have to wait a little whilst they're looking after the customer before you. And lastly, they are very competitively priced so you don't need to drive to Western Sydney to try and get the same thing cheaper. They stock quality items, I have dealt with them several times and always no problem.

Great shopping experience with their frendly staff and great range of product with lower price.
