"They are very knowledgeable about their products, have a large range of fixtures and fittings and handles on display so you can see what they really look like. I received excellent and prompt service for a recent breakage replacement. They make time to properly assist their customers to recommend and find the right thing, even if you have to wait a little whilst they're looking after the customer before you. And lastly, they are very competitively priced so you don't need to drive to Western Sydney to try and get the same thing cheaper. "I've been dealing with Lorraine, Raz and Don for a few months when searching for lights for our new extension. They have been an absolute delight to work with sorting out our specific requirements and the lights they recommended were just perfect for us.
