Pathetic customer service. Both the shop keepers showed so much attitude as if they are doing a favo...ur to us. If I had a choice I would have never gone there in the first place, because they are not only rude in the shop, but they are so rude even over the phone. They actually hang up on customers. Sad part is that airlines seem to have only this shop as their authorised dealer. Would suggest, if you can avoid, never go to this shop.

I've had two experiences with this shop. The first was great. The customer service from the sales gi...rl was fine and I bought what I needed with no problems. But the second time, I needed to drop a bag off that had been damaged. I spoke to the manager over the phone. He was the rudest, most unhelpful person I've ever spoken to. He just couldn't have cared less. He couldn't understand when I explained that a different person would need to come to choose a replacement bag, and just got angry at me instead of trying to understand. He didn't want to pick up the bag from my hotel, even though it's an advertised service, and suggested by Qantas as well. He was bossy and unpleasant. I'm glad I don't have to work there. I ended up telling him he was being really unhelpful and hanging up the phone in order not to stoop to his level of rudeness. The deals are good at this store but don't expect to have a pleasant experience, or just stay away from the manager.

Unfortunately, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For no apparent reason t...he manager refused to fix our bag, told us to get out of his store, and then threatened to call the police. He became quite irrational and rude as soon as we said we didn't want to replace the bag, and would prefer to have it repaired. I will never return to this store, and advise others to look elsewhere.

Don't come here if you expect good service. I went twice and both times the shop assistants were too... busy talking amongst themselves, and one guy was texting, looked up, didn't acknowledge me then went back to texting. You will get good service with the Elisabeth Street Outdoor Shops but avoid this one.
