I had to ring RSPCA tonight. You uncaring people had left alone a very young kitten in a cage. The p...oor little mite was screaming and every time someone walked past the shop it would scream out. It was heart wrenching. There may have been food and water in the cage, but this very young kitten was clearly distressed. The staff from the other stores told me that this is common practice for you to leave kittens in your shop overnight and over weekends. Your store closes at 6pm and I witnessed this at 9:15pm. Where is your compassion? I have known people to take animals to other pet shops to be sold and have been told that they must be back at the shop before closing time to take the animals home overnight. Why didn't you or any of your staff took this poor, defenceless kitten home? Rest assured, I will be following this up.
