"Joe Greenwood (Scope Construction) built a pergola and deck for us and undertook the work with great efficiency. I was surprised at how quick he had the work done and he left nothing unfinished except the decking oil which he came back to apply. I was a bit worried as his price was very reasonable and they say not to go with the cheapest price but maybe his price was lower because he was so quick because the workmanship is un-faultable! He organised an architect and certified the work through council which was all included in his contract price. I had a great experience using Scope Construction and will definitely use them again when we build our new house in a couple of years -Bill P " (more)

"Signature Constructions and Landscape recently renovated my post war home into a beautiful large family home. They also stayed on and fully landscaped my gardens with a pool and water features. All of the employees were professional, friendly and prompt. They were flexible with my changing needs and were willing to give me helpful advice and detail my options on every decision I made. They showed my property and my neighborhood a great deal of respect and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. No one would ever think it was a construction site!
