"I can recommend Customtone Kitchens wholeheartedly. They are fair in their trading principles, work hard to satisfy the customer and the work ethic is exemplary. All agreed upon situations like the gutting of old kitchen, the installation of new kitchen fittings, appliances, plumbing, bulkhead and anything else was done on time and very well. One small problem arose with the new oven which was incomplete on delivery and did not work properly. It was not the fault of Customtone Kitchens but of the distributor of the particular brand of oven and still the manager who had paid wonderfully professional attention to me worked hard to handle this situation. A replacement oven was delivered at no cost to me for an extra electrician attendance to install that replacement. I am extremely happy and delighted in fact with my new kitchen and give a very high recommendation to Customtone Kitchens. " (more)
