Jessica's Talent Management, a boutique talent agency based in Melbourne, was created to provide clients with gorgeous models, brilliant dancers, and most importantly, prompt and professional service. Jessica's was born in 2009, and has very quickly proven to be a great success, with a long list of valuable clients and a growing pool of amazing talent.

Jessica's Talent Management is exciting, young, fresh, dynamic and determined to bring you the very best talent. Being a small, yet sophisticated business, only naturally stunning models and exceptional dancers are given the opportunity to be a part of Jessica's.

Jessica's have done all of the hard work for you, as all talent have been hand picked based not only on their look, but their presentation, work ethic, personality and experience. All talent must attend a face-to-face casting in order to be considered for work with Jessica's, ensuring only the best talent are taken on. This casting process allows time to get to know each and every model or dancer on a personal level.
