The business of buying property for investment or a home is a process that takes time, commitment and plenty of courage in order to achieve a good outcome. There are many landmines in the process, designed to catch out investors that haven't taken the time to figure it all out.

From agents to solicitors & the vendor, Finance institutions & the Government, these entities all have nasty surprises at the ready that will cost you time and money and more importantly, heartache & loss of sleep if you don’t know what you are doing! And honestly, who really has time to read all the fine print and study documents in order to get it right? Most would much rather do well at their jobs and spend time with family and friends, which is how it should be.

My job is to act as advisor, friend and mentor during these trying times in order to avoid these pitfalls as well as to take the time to determine your needs, your goals and your dreams and map out a plan to help you achieve them. This is not a simple process but if done correctly, will last as a blueprint for the rest of your life, so can you can buy your dream home or keep accumulating property in order to build wealth that will last for generations.

However, I can also walk the walk. I am also a property investor and have made every mistake in the book. These times were painful, but upon reflection, it was a necessary step in order to advise my clients properly.
