Our classes are designed for adults who want to dance just for fun and fitness. All fitness and dance levels are welcome as our classes are friendly, welcoming and social. Our instructors teach to the class to make sure no one is left behind and everyone has a great time.
Our Zumba fitness classes are taught by Latin dancers so that you get the full Latin experience and not just another aerobics class!
Our Adult Beginners Ballet class is perfect for revisiting your childhood passion and getting back into dancing. This is designed for those who perhaps danced when they were younger but haven't since, or even those who have never danced before but always wanted to!
Stretch & strengthen is perfect for toning up, increasing flexibility and building up core strength. perfect for injury rehabilitation as well!
Belly dancing is actually a fantastic workout toning your legs, bum, abs and arms while you have fun shaking it to exotic rhythms!
Latin for couples is a fantastic beginners course for those who want to be able to dance at weddings and functions or who want to go out to a salsa night club! We also offer private lessons and private group lessons!
Our dance school also is involved in wedding dance choreography. We offer personalised and fully choreographed bridal dances to your song and style of choice, as well as bridal party lessons, and lessons for friends and family so they can heat up the dance floor with you on your special day! (more)
