don't deal with these guys. absolutely terrible. they will be rude, over charge you, stuff you around and deny access to your module, close for weeks over the holiday season when most people have time to access their stuff and then make you wait another three business days to gain access because unlike what the website advertises they are NOT flexible. Also be aware that they don't actually move your module interstate as advertised - they stopped doing that apparently however it remains advertised 18 months later. I couldn't even get an invoice out of them after numerous emails politely requesting one. They hassle you for payment yet don't provide you with payment details! They're an absolute joke. Customer service and making any effort for the customer is the LAST thing on their agenda. The website advertises urgent access available for $100. I called first thing in the morning and she said I'll let them know. I called back five hours later and asked if she could please chase it up and ask them to let me know whether or not I could get to my stuff and she REFUSED. "As I said, I've passed the message on". I drove there only to find the warehouse CLOSED the day they were supposed to be returning after Christmas. I'm livid. I've just had enough. Last straw! DON"T DEAL WITH THEM. horrific experience - worst company i've ever dealt with. pay more - you'll be happier.
