The gym is full equipped with boxing bags, a ring, free weights, pads, medicine balls, boxing gloves, wrist weights, skipping ropes and a punching bag. You only need to bring your own wraps. I will asses the fitness and technical level of every participant and adjust my program to your individual needs and focus, either you want to get stronger, learn some boxing techniques, get an overall better fitness. One hour usually consists of running/skipping to warm up, strength training, technique training, working on the punching bag and with pads, endurance training and intervals. I offer programs which alternate daily; some are more focused on technique, others on strength or endurance. I will adopt the programs to your individual needs and preferences. (more)
