What is Systema?

Systema (The System) is a complete health, wellness and martial art system, which has been used in Russia since the 10th century. Some units within the Russian Special Forces employ Systema as a complete system of being, breathing, survival and martial skills.

The System is more than just an effective Martial Art and wellness method, the System is a complete way of being.
