Regular training allows a student to develop in a number of ways. One of the most important aspects is the development of a student's instinct, as well as mental alertness and preparedness. In this way, the student develops the ability to read or anticipate potential dangerous situations and avoid them. Our students also develop the ability to understand his/her body and maximize their potential by using correct body mechanics and correct breathing techniques.
By training regularly and with commitment, a sense of self-discipline, courtesy and respect for others is also developed. This is an important aspect of the Goju Karate philosophy and is rewarded with encouragement, loyalty and mutual respect. We recommend training at least twice per week to see improvement. (more)
