Learn exciting kicks, punches and blocks, dynamic jumping kicks & effective defense skills. Practise contact on kick shields and focus pads. Partner training is non-contact, controlled and safe. Become fit, energized, confident and focused. No fitness or special ability needed to start, anyone can do it. Two free try-out lessons for beginners, no pressure to enroll. Separate classes for children (7-13yrs) and adults (14-40+yrs). Beginners given special attention and taught correctly right from the first class.
