ABOUT PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO. Pacific International Taekwondo schools teach the traditional Art of Taekwondo for adults, teens and children. It’s an activity that provides the dynamic fun and excitement of learning a martial art while encouraging your body and mind to focus as you train, so you become physically and mentally energised, confident and strong as you learn. Training is enjoyably disciplined so it’s safe for everyone. Classes are on now for children aged 7-13 yrs plus teens & adults classes for 14- 40+ yr olds. No fitness is needed to begin learning Pacific International Taekwondo, you’ll gain fitness, flexibility and strength and learn effective defense skills as you train. Anyone wanting to try it out is welcome to start at anytime. You’ll be shown exactly what do and how to do it so you can feel confident about feeling comfortable and being taught correctly right from your first class. (more)

Good Taekwondo training in a friendly atmosphere with experienced and dedicated instructors encourages you to achieve Taekwondo skills that may seem out of reach when you first begin training. It’s a fun self-challenge that gives you a new feeling of self-belief and confidence. Reaching those Taekwondo goals has given hundreds of our members an excellent level of fitness, the ability to defend themselves and the confidence and determination to ‘go for it’ and aim higher in their daily lives, too.
