We train 4 times a week, from 7 to 9 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday and from 10am to 12pm on Sunday. By training in the Bujinkan you will learn how to defend yourself using Taijutsu, take downs, releases, strikes to pressure points and vulnerable areas, trips, sweeps, locks, digit manipulation, chokes as well as learning how to defend with and against a weapon. You will also explore the counters to these techniques and thus gain a deeper understanding of how to apply the methods successfully.
