"Since joining EKK in 2007, both my teaching and fighting skills have improved beyond belief. The training and personalised care given to the students is far superior than anywhere else and this shows in the standard of the students in the dojo. "I wanted to get fit and lose some weight. I have been to larger gyms before where I get left alone after handing over my money or put in a group where I couldn't keep up or didn't feel comfortable. At Alan's, I get to work one on one with Alan who is friendly and fun to work with while also having a no nonsense attitude to keep you going. He makes me work hard but not so hard that I want to give up. Since I have started training with Alan I have lost 5kg and I look forward to losing more. " (more)
