Sifu Michael Agar has spent over a third of his life practising various martial arts. He commenced his training in Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan with Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit of the Shaolin Wahnam Institute in 2005. He is one of a small number of Certified Shaolin Wahnam Instructors from an international student base of over 3,000 practitioners and aspires to the modern application of the Shaolin principles of the scholar-warrior-monk.
Sifu Michael teaches Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung as a gentle but profound form of moving meditation that is simple, direct and effective. He also teaches Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan as a graceful form of exercises that reveal a powerful internal martial art. The Chi Kung state of mind transforms the 'exercises' into a sublime discipline that develops body, mind and spirit.
