At Explosive Martial Arts Health & Wellbeing Institute our classes are as follows:
Yang Mian, a high level martial art system that sharpens your skills, teaches you internal explosive power and heals your body through opening your body structures. Some areas of Yang Mian include Base Power, Lightening Elbow, Ghost Hand, Steel Body and Hand and Chi Na Grappling.
Calligraphy Yoga, the evolution of yoga combining Tai Chi, Chi Gong Meditation and Yoga to bring about a natural circular flow. Calligraphy Yoga will improve your health by promoting weight loss, increasing blood circulation and flexibility, promoting healthy organs, reducing stress, improving neck and back problems, preventing and rehabilitating injuries and chronic illnesses such as asthma and migraine. Calligraphy Yoga will give you a sense of 'peace' to calm a busy mind.
Chi Gong, an authentic Chinese family system that is gentle to balance energy, increase blood circulation and promote healthy body systems.
Mixed Martial Arts including Russian Sambo, Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jujitsu and Judo.
Kids Classes, a fun way to increase confidence in their mind and body and assist them in dealing with everyday situations. Classes include kung fu animal styles, ground work and mixed martial arts.
Our instructors are friendly and professional and care about your health and wellbeing.
