Energy Fitness Centre is Canberra's newest and most innovative gymnasium, putting us at the forefront of the health and fitness industry. At EFC we promote well being as well as fitness for all of our members. We have a friendly and non-intimidatory atmosphere, which makes it a very enjoyable place to workout for all.

EFC opened in November 2008 to provide the residents of West Belconnen their very own place to work out. Since the closure of Kippax Swim Centre many years ago the area has not had the services of a Gymnasium, so EFC opened to fill this need.

EFC is the only Fitness Centre in the Canberra region with its very own Group Reformer Studio, which allows our members to access Pilates Classes as part of their membership. We also have a very comprehensive state of the art gym floor with awesome weight training facilities and a cardio entertainment zone. Also unique to EFC is the ICE indoor cycling studio with amazing wall mural and super comfortable Kaiser M3 bikes, widely acknowledged as being the best in the industry.

Our main studio features a large variety of classes catering to everybody, from Yoga to Kick-Boxing and everything in between. There is a class to suit you!

At Energy Fitness Centre, our Energy Kids child-Minding area is open 7 days a week to help you work-out without worrying about the kids.

The hours of operation are 9am-1pm Monday to Sunday and Tuesday and Thursday nights from 4.30pm-7.30pm. (more)
