Stand up Paddle Board is a surface water sport where you stand upon a surf board and propel yourself along as fast or as slow as you'd like. For those of you with a little more confidences or for those who like a good challenge, you can try the waves paddle boarding lesson!

The Paddle Boarding sport is a great way to work on your fitness, fat burning and posture improvement. Moreover, it is wonderful for rehabilitation of hip and shoulder injuries.
Unlike most extreme sports, Paddle Boarding is very easy to learn sport as once you stabilize yourself on the board, you have half of the technique right in your pocket! We offer Paddle Boarding lessons for anyone from the age of 9.
