Vim has been practicing & studying yoga since 1988.
Her classes are conducted in a traditional Classical style with precise instruction to the anatomical & physiological alignment of the body in conjunction with breath awareness.
Props are used to bring a deeper understanding to the poses.
Her focus in her personal practice & her teaching is on developing inner & outer strength and exploring the clarity & calm that comes with working the body, mind & breath together.
