"Go, you'll love it! I fully recommend Spirit Rising Yoga and have enjoyed a long standing association with the school and Brie (owner) as a yoga pupil. The teachers are warm and welcoming and accommodate individual needs (and injuries). The courses and workshop days are informative and enjoyable.
