Charleyoga Movement & Meditation classes are for anyone who has ever thought of trying yoga and has it on their to do list but hasn't quite gotten around to it yet. It's a common story so rest assured that you will be in good company. Of course experienced students are equally welcome at our gentle therapeutic yoga movement & meditation classes. Enjoy some breathing space and relaxation in a friendly setting with beginners and injured bodies well cared for by experienced and qualified instructors.

We promise not to tie you up in knots with the main aim being to feel good during and after the session. You can take things at your own pace with options for every ability. The classes are also friendly little communities in themselves so you may find you even make a friend or two along the way.
