Reef Experience Australia's Great Barrier Reef We have been operating trips to the Great Barrier Reef for over 20 years it's our passion to share this outstanding destination with our clients.

Reef Experience is a full day tour that we have put together after 27 years of providing trips to the Great Barrier Reef to what we believe is the best trip going to the Great Barrier Reef at certainly the best value.

Better value for money - our trip has a one all inclusive price whilst the other companies visiting the Great Barrier Reef start with a trip price and then add reef levies, bus transfers, diving, glass bottom boat etc and people end up paying a lot more for less.

Our great all Inclusive price includes city Bus Transfers, BBQ Breakfast, Tropical Buffet lunch, glass bottom boat, 6 hours at the Outer Great Barrier Reef, all equipment including a wetsuit your choice of either a guided certified dive, an introductory dive or a guided snorkel and all reef levies.

We have an onboard Marine Biologist who will give you an informative Reef Presentation on your way to the Great Barrier Reef.

Our crew are by far our greatest asset and it's their passion and pride for the Great Barrier Reef that really does make the difference - if you are not a confident swimmer of you cannot swim one of our fabulous crew members will get in the water with you and assist you to see the Great Barrier Reef.

Reef Experience boards at the Marlin Jetty in Cairns at 7:30am for breakfast and arrives back into Cairns at approx 4:30pm.

We visit the spectacular Outer Barrier Reef Locations - ( we will visit 2 spectacular Outer Barrier Reef Locations the Master of the Vessel will make the decision on the day of travel to give our clients the best possible conditions)

Norman Reef.
The very Outer Reef 70 kms from Cairns, on the Continental Shelf, yielding incredible visibility. Many canyons, swim throughs, and prolific large fish life. A must to see, the best location for 'Night Diving'.

Saxon Reef
Renowned for huge Manta Rays, friendly inquisitive moray eels, great for diving or snorkelling. Transfer for return trip home.

Hastings Reef
58 kms off Cairns, lies 10 sq. kms of colourful coral gardens. Famous for Tame Friendly Reef Sharks, finally the Giant Wrasse, and thousands of tropical fish.
