"This is our first new Caravan. We went to Bayswater RV in Melbourne, which is the agent for Vanguard Caravans, and they arranged for us to go to the Vanguard factory in Epping. We met Johnny K at the factory and he spent several hours taking us through the factory and discussing our requirements for a Caravan. No pressure put on us. Johhny K was able to make changes that we requested without question, unlike other companies that would say "Can't do that." After visiting numerous factories and Caravan centres, we found the honesty and willingness to work with us from Johnny K and Vanguard Caravans staff excellent. We spent another 4 hours with Johnny and Brian finalising plans and the final costings came in at our price level. Our van was ready for delivery to us on the date that it was promised. Our van is beautifully appointed and has attracted heaps of attention already. Between Vanguard Caravans and Bayswater RV, we are very impressed with our van and the service we have received.
