I am small hiring business in Melbourne & placed some orders with this supplier in QLD. My parce...l got lost via austpost (this was the only shipping option they had at the time). Instead of resolving the issue & finding out where my parcel was, they made me chase it up. So I called Austpost 3 times over 2 weeks & they had confirmed it had been lost in transit & it was up to that company (the sender) - not me (the receiver) to lodge a complaint. I voiced my complaint to Wedding Wholesale Superstore about how upset I was about Austpost service & that they should lodge a complaint. Instead of offering me a refund or re-sending the lost items while they deal with it, they decided I was too much of a nuisance & cancelled my account. I know my business to them means nothing due to the small quantities but my business is growing rapidly & could eventuate to larger orders. It has been almost a month now since I placed the order & still no resolution. So here is my warning to everyone wanting a cheap supplier...you get what you pay for. Cheap prices also means lack of customer service...there is no phone contact, only email so this company obviously is trying to avoid dealing with any customer complaints. As a business myself, I know not to upset not even one customer because the word will spread & impact on my image. Wedding Wholesale Superstore obviously has no clue about running a business & building customer relations.
