The small historical town of Canowindra is located in the Central West, approximately four hours drive from Sydney through the Blue Mountains and Bathurst Way. Around two and a half hours drive from Canberra. Approximately 33km north of Cowra and 56km south west of Orange.

The Marlow house is situated on three blocks of sloping garden with a spectacular view over Lucerne flats that flow into the undulating country side. Built in early 1900's on the eastern edge of town, this stunning house resembles an old Queenslander, raised by a blue stone wall, with wide verandahs, unusual lattice work and outdoor timber shutters.

With an abundance of wide open spaces, outdoor and indoor this house is designed for relaxing peacefully, or sharing time with friends.
