Our beach holiday house has 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms all located on a single level. The house is spacious and we don't have bunks or fold out beds so everyone is comfortable. It is fully dog friendly with 1.8m boundary fences, secure gates, dog beds and bowls. Your pet is welcome inside and Coolum Beach has a large off lead beach area to the north of the Surf Club only a short flat walk from the house. The house is fully equipped to sleep up to 8 people with air conditioning-heating, ceiling fans, 2 X LCD Televisions\DVD and double lock up garage with further off street parking.

Coolum Beach is located centrally on the Sunshine Coast with Maroochydore a 15 minute drive south and Noosa a 15 minute drive to the north. The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 10 minutes drive away. Coolum is well known for its great surf and swimming beaches and is large enough for local shopping and entertainment. Should you wish to explore there are dozens of major tourist attractions and other beaches nearby.

Should you be looking for relaxation then our pool area and back yard are very private and back onto a nature reserve. The house is all on one level making it suitable for people (and pets) of all ages to stay in comfort.
