Claudia's Place is a recently built two story renovation attached to an existing building. Beautifully renovated for a holiday stay.

The downstairs renovations include the master bed room with queen size bed, TV and its own kitchenette. The main bath room with spa and separate shower is right next to main bed room. Upstairs has the Living, Dining and TV room which has a plasma TV with DVD player. The lounge opens out to a double bed. A large balcony opens from this room. The second bed room has two single beds. The second Bath room has a shower, vanity & WC.

INCLUSIONS:

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher and great views towards the mountains. All linen, towels, etc supplied. Non smoking in house.
