About

The Wildongoleechie Hotel was established in 1869 and was originally the Cobb & Co station. The building became the new pub after the original hotel burnt down, this was located near the old Hallett Railway station. "Wildongoleechie" anecdotally comes from the Aborignal Dreamtime, and refers to Willow trees, a creek and leeches.

Today is is a cosy local pub offering a watering hole for locals and tourists.
