Carolyn & Tony welcome you to their country style accommodation in a relaxed and friendly family atmosphere. Very centrally located and close to Perth City, both airports, Fremantle, the hills, beaches and The Swan Valley. All about 20 minutes away in different directions.

We have both lived in Perth all our lives and information on local attractions, transport and places of interest is totally free and happily given especially over a coffee.

Stroll around the property and feed the horses, chooks and ducks, swim, birdwatch or take a good book and a glass of your favourite wine out on the decking and just relax and unwind.

All B & B Rooms have their own private entry from the pool/patio area, queen beds, fresh linen & towels, LCD TV & DVD Player, free WiFi, R/C air-conditioning and tea/coffee facilities.

B & B Room rates include a fully cooked and/or continental breakfast each morning served between 7.00am and 10.00am

The APURLA suite is a 6 person, 2 bedroom, pet friendly unit.

It is fully self-contained with its own entry, lounge room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry, 2 bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the lounge room.

It has it's own secure pet friendly rear yard with patio, BBQ, outdoor setting and lawn. Fully fenced to keep children safe as well.

The KARINYA suite is a 6 person, 2 bedroom unit.

It has it's own entry, is fully self-contained with its own lounge room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the lounge room.

It has it's own patio, BBQ, outdoor setting.
