Illawarra Trigger Point Therapy Centre

About

As a practicing soft tissue therapist for over 16 years, I have been fortunate to have worked both in an elite sports environment and within the rehabilitation field, treating both sports and occupational injuries.

I have had the privilege of working with, and alongside, many different health professionals including; musculoskeletal specialists, sports physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, exercise scientists, massage therapists & acupuncturists.

Learning from and exchanging ideas with such a vast range of health professionals has helped me gain a wide range of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Throughout all my experiences I have constantly found myself returning to Trigger Point Therapy as the primary modality of treatment I use on patients. I have found over many years that Trigger Point Therapy has been by far the most effective and long lasting form of Therapy.

I have had literally scores of patients who have suffered for years with unrelenting pain, who have tried every therapy under the sun. Many of these gaining complete recovery within just 4-6 sessions, this still amazes me, and even more so that most health professionals know so little about this amazing form of therapy!
