Aromatherapy Massage is a French technique incorporating therapeutic grade essential oils, Swedish massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular, polarity therapy, and reflexology to induce relaxation of the whole body and autonomic nervous system consequently benefiting mind, mood, and emotions.

Aromatherapy consultations are of great benefit for a variety of conditions such as anxiety and stress management, colds and flu symptoms, skin and hair conditions, hormonal issues, depression, respiratory and digestive complaints to name a few. The consultation will establish how my clinical aromatherapy will be of benefit to the presenting condition and how it can be applied. Some methods are inhalations, massage, compress, creams and balms. AscentedLife uses quality ingredients in hand made products especially for your needs.

Personally experience with chronic back pain, depression, anxiety and post natal depression, a lot of prescription medication and consequently digestive issues with my daughter, has driven my practice to focus on non toxic healthcare that is of great benefit used alone or in conjunction with medication if required.
