Margaret Kaye - Feldenkrais Practitioner

Margaret Kaye has been teaching the Feldenkrais Method of Movement for over 18 years. She is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Assistant Trainer, and member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild. Margaret graduated from the Melbourne Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 1991, and has run an active practice since then. She has conducted lessons in places such as the National Institute for Dramatic Arts (NIDA), the Bell Shakespeare Company, and Wesley Institute tertiary dance students. She is currently teaching at the Actors College of Theatre and Television (ACTT) and the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art (AADA is a department of the Australian Institute of Music). Margaret runs regular weekly classes in Newtown and Kensington; is available to conduct workshops and practices out of her studio in Newtown.

Just like its originator, Moshe Feldenkrais, Margaret healed herself from an occupational overuse injury that left her unable to work many years ago through the Feldenkrais Method. Now able to function fully in life this inspired her to become a teacher of this movement method.
