I am a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and can give rebates to BUPA and Medibank Private members.

I provide one-on-one gentle movement coaching for people who want to move more easily, comfortably and effectively, or to learn ways of finding better posture. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

For the past 12 years I have had fairly severe ME, so have a particular understanding of people with the disease and other fatigue-related conditions.

I also run an online store where you can buy books, CDs and DVDs to get you moving and feeling better.
