I combine several naturopathic tools to determine what is causing health problems and what is the most appropriate treatment for each individual. Each client is treated as an individual with specific individual needs, not as a disease. My tools include iridology, kinesiology, nutrition, herbal medicine and remedial and trigger point massage if indicated.

I find that most health problems are caused by eating inappropriately. With many people, the "healthy" diet they eat is often the cause of their illness. We are all different and have different needs when it comes to our food. Food that is good for some can be poison for others. I identify individual dietary requirements and advise clients what they should avoid and what they should eat. Generally, making these changes allows my clients to detoxify their bodies so the healing process can begin. I support them as needed with nutritional and/or herbal medicines.
