Classical Chinese medicine sees each person as an integral part of the web of life.

Every symptom is the body's way of reaching for harmony and balance. When we listen to the body, we can hear what it's asking for. When we provide the body with the support that it's asking for, then the body activates its in-built self-healing process.

I have been practising Chinese medicine for over 15 years and I weave it together with my study and practice of meditation, energy medicine and Eastern philosophy.

I love to help people to feel inspired about their own capacity to transform and to heal. Chinese medicine offers a map of this territory, helping you to release what no longer serves you, and leading you home to your wellbeing within.
