INTRODUCING OUR NEW OSTEOPATH! Our team has expanded with Dr. Elizabeth Chen.

Dr. Elizabeth Chen graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Masters of Osteopathy. This built upon the the background in exercise science and nutrition she got completing a three-year course at Deakin University.

Prior to starting at the clinic Elizabeth worked with the Melbourne High Football Club and spent time in Singapore doing an internship with a European osteopath which helped develop a good understanding of treating athletes, as well as honing her own unique treatment style.

She has a particular interest in treating headaches, jaw, and neck pain, and has experience working with a range of conditions such as low back and shoulder pain, as well as knee and ankle dysfunctions in both the acute and chronic patient. Elizabeth incorporates a wide variety of osteopathic manipulative techniques into her treatments and compliments these with adjuncts such as dry needling and cupping, rehabilitative exercises as well as Pilates.

Outside of osteopathy Elizabeth is a bit of a foodie, enjoying cooking, checking out local restaurants and travelling wherever her stomach takes her. She also loves to be outdoors and getting out of her comfort zone with skydiving, bungy, and white water rafting!
