Homeopathy is a natural system of complete medicine which is unparalleled in healing any health issue, from simple colds to complex auto-immune diseases. It does this, not by killing off the offending pathogens or by suppressing the symptoms. Instead, health is restored with homeopathic treatment by restoring order and balance.

You can only ever be sick, whether emotionally, mentally or physically, when you are out of natural balance. Your body is always trying to restore this balance, and it will throw out various symptoms in its attempt to do so.

For example, when you are in a scary situation, your blood pressure will increase, your heart rate will increase and you will have increased cortisone release. This gives you the ability, not normally available, to take the most appropriate action to save yourself - to run like crazy or to fight back with super human effort.

The problem arises when the traumatic event becomes embedded in your psyche. Not only will you tend to remain in an anxious state of mind, your body will too, giving rise to permanent high blood pressure and palpitations. This was appropriate at the time of the situation, but is no longer.
