Empowered Birth

About

The Hip Way to birth your baby! At Empowered Birth we teach The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme, hypnobirthing classes! Empowering you to have the right birth on the day for you and your baby.

The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme is a new and refreshing course, using hypnobirthing techniques, helping you to remain calm, relaxed and in control of your birth.

We teach as a couple ensuring that the dads aren't left out! Sharing a wealth of knowledge and tools to get you connecting as a couple to birth your baby together.

Our course runs for 4 sessions, each lasting approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. You receive a handbook and mp3's to continue your practice at home.

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting you at one of our courses in the near future!
