AVESA Quantum Healing: The primary focus of AVESA Balancing is the client�s specific intent or whatever is in their Highest good. We use this intention combined with the AVESA breath technique to accomplish balance, harmony and a return to wholeness in the four-body system. You will be taught the �AVESA breath� prior to the start of the first balancing session. Each session usually lasts about 20 minutes. It includes the use of Egyptian Healing Rods, crystal pyramids, and high-frequency crystals. There is no preparation necessary other than to demonstrate an open mind and relaxed body.
