Face-to-face sessions: IntoLife is a Brisbane-based company situated in Arana Hills. Typically sessions in the office are held in a homely environment, maximising comfort and relaxation. If you would prefer home visits this may also be arranged.

Telephone sessions: If this is your preference telephone coaching can be even more effective than face to face sessions. Having no visual distractions brings you more into focus and often people feel they are more comfortable to talk about sensitive topics over the phone. It is also much more convenient for people who do not live in the area.

Skype sessions: Whether you are an overseas, national or local client, you may choose to have coaching via Skype from the comfort of your home or office. Sessions can be face to face with a webcam or audio only.
