Mind Change For You

About

My name is Rebecca I have been a beauty therapist and mum for over 10 years always juggling a business and family life. Over 12 months ago I had a horse accident and was crushed by a horse. My journey has been huge and dealing with pain, health issues and having to make new changes in my life I learn about Hypnosis and Mindfulness. How your mind can help you overcome anything and help you make huge changes in your life to achieve your goals. I first just went to a hypnosis course to learn self hypnosis to manage my pain from over 30 breaks in my chest and then having all my ribs plated. I found the changes in my pain and mindset had changed so much that I did the full certification course to help others as it is the most amazing tool in everyday life.

I know myself I don't have time and find it hard to relax and to go to clinic etc and talk about my goals and have hypnosis session.

So I developed a skype/ phone consult and I record personalised hypnosis session for you to listen to in your own time as many times as you want and in your own space.

My clients are from all around Australia and day by day using their mind to change to achieve their goals.

My journey continues everyday learning about healthy mind, living, eating and wanting to share what I learn to help others.
