Kinesiology looks to re-establish balance in the body, first by setting a goal for the session, and then working together with the aid of muscle monitoring to address the underlying causes of that imbalance. A balance can heal on all levels � with physical, emotional, spiritual and performance issues. Kinesiology helps you understand how your body reacts to stress and what tools one can use to support yourself and clear that stress.

Carol Alexander has been practicing as an accredited Holistic and Educational Kinesiologist since 2004. Her informal multi-disciplinary approach to this holistic healing method, coupled with her medical background as a radiographer, provides a safe environment to work towards achieving your desired outcome. At the end of each session, you will walk away with tools that can be used at home to continue your progress, which are tailored towards your personal health, emotional and performance goals.

Over her 8 years of working with adults, teens and children, she has facilitated her clients to work with and through their obstacles to achieve their objectives. She enables you to understand the underlying issues or stresses that are the cause of the imbalance be they emotional, physical, nutritional or spiritual.

Carol continues to broaden her knowledge base outside the normal scope of education by attending many accredited courses. Each course covers different aspects of the discipline, and this work has culminated in her sharing her love of her craft by teaching it. She teaches a Self Help course, which provides students with therapeutic tools to support themselves and others in times of stress and illness.

Kinesiology is a continuing journey of self discovery and self development, as we work together towards enhancing our day to day lives.
