Massage Menu

Relaxation massage:

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour

Massage with coconut or sunflower oil plus aromatherapy to rejuvenate your body and mind.

Remedial massage:

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour

To help problem areas- can include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure and stretching

Manual lymphatic drainage massage

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour, mini facial $25

A gentle technique to activate sluggish lymphatic systems and help remove toxins and cellulite. Good for weight loss programmes and to control lymphoedema and ankle swelling. Excellent pre and post-op to aid recovery from knee surgery.

Detox massage:

90 min $115

This includes body brushing and manual lymphatic drainage massage plus either a relaxation or remedial massage to remove toxins by activating sluggish lymphatic systems, increase circulation and help improve skin tone. Ideal to accompany a detox programme (also available- see naturopathy menu)

Happy Feet: Reflexology, foot scrub and massage

A full Chinese reflexology session on the feet to energise and balance the whole body plus a rainforest rejuvenation foot scrub and relaxing foot massage.

Hot stone massage:

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour.

You may wish to experience the deep therapeutic effect of hot stone massage which melts away muscular aches and pains and induces a profound sense of relaxation.

Head, Face and Foot Rejuvenation Massage:

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour

Head and Face massage using acupressure and lymph drainage, the cranial and facial muscles are deeply relaxed and toned, making you feel and look younger and fresher.

Rainforest Rejuvenation foot scrub and massage- a blend of native essential oil and sea salt (made locally) relaxes and softens your feet so they feel fresh as a baby's!

Shiatsu:

$70 an hour, $50 half an hour

A great treatment to loosen up tight neck and shoulders and help prevent headaches.

Naturopathy:

Menopause, skin and allergy clinics. Specialising in detoxing heavy metals and helping you attain hormonal and mineral balance to feel energised and full of health.

Initial comprehensive, naturopathic health review $70.

Follow up appointment $70 Short follow up (less than 30 mins) $50

Testing for heavy metals, essential nutrients and hormonal levels available plus individualised full and mini detox programmes to aid with weight loss and increase energy.
